Daily, weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, and annual billing cycles are all supported. You can run different cycles on different membership types — monthly for general access, weekly for a short-term commitment plan, annual for a discounted loyalty tier. Each cycle runs and settles independently.

How are failed payments handled?

When a payment fails, the member gets an automated notification with a link to update their payment method through the self-service portal. Buzops retries on a schedule you configure — typically 3 to 7 days apart. Access suspends after your defined grace period expires. Most failed payments recover without any staff action.

What are the processing fees?

Buzops charges a flat fee per transaction — not a percentage of the transaction value. That means your processing cost stays consistent regardless of membership price. Contact us for current rates. There are no monthly minimums, no volume requirements, and no fee structures tied to revenue.

How quickly do payments settle to my account?

Standard settlement is 1–2 business days. Funds go directly to your connected bank account. There's no holding period, no processor holding funds pending review, and no minimum payout threshold.
